One Last Mom Tip š¤āØ
Donāt overthink solids. Donāt stress if your baby refuses a spoon today and grabs the bowl tomorrow. This is a slow, beautiful journey that you and your little one learn together.
With the right essentials and a calm heart, feeding time becomes one of the sweetest bonding rituals.
In my next blog, Iāll be sharing how I started solids for my baby, what worked, what didnāt, and how you can begin this journey calmly and confidently.Ā
Donāt miss it ššš„
Love,
Rashi
